Starts and stops the remote tape server on a Windows host.
realrts {options}
-e Stop the remote tape server.
-i Install the remote tape server.
The remote tape server should normally be installed from the Reality CD (refer to the Reality Client Components Installation Guide for details). The -i option provides an alternative if Reality is already installed.
-p port Use a port other than the default.
-q Query the state of the remote tape server (whether or not it is running).
-r Uninstall the remote tape server.
-s Start the remote tape server.
realrts is available on any Windows system that has the Reality Remote Tape Server installed.
Can be run by the system administrator only.
Stopping the service does not terminate any current connections; it merely prevents any new connections.
The default port number is 52001.
The remote tape server logs to the file C:\realrts.log.
