RW_CHECKBOX


Purpose

Defines a checkbox on a form. Outputs directly to RealWeb's RWC.OUTBUF buffer.

Syntax

RW_CHECKBOX(Name, Value, Checked, TabIndex, aClass)

Parameters

Name Name of the checkbox.

Value Value that is passed to the server when the form is submitted with this box checked. The user can check any number of checkboxes on a form. If checkboxes share the same name, the values for all of the selected boxes are submitted as a single string, separated by value marks. This is shown in Example 1. If each checkbox is identified by its own name, the values for each checked box are passed as separate parameters, as shown in Example 2

Checked A Booleanoperator that determines the initial state of the checkbox (checked or unchecked).

TabIndex Specifies the tab index for the checkbox on the HTML page.

aClass A dynamic arraythat can contain the following elements:

1 CLASS The name of a tag class defined in a CSSstylesheet.

Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the INPUT tag.
