NOHUSH

Restores terminal echo after it has been switched off using the HUSH command.

Command Class

TCL-I command.

Syntax

NOHUSH

Comments

In normal use, each character (keystroke) typed at a terminal is echoed back to the terminal (displayed on the screen) by the computer. This is called terminal echo.

The HUSH command suppresses the display (echo) of data typed at the keyboard.

If your terminal is HUSHed, the NOHUSH command will not display (echo) at your terminal.
