Purpose
Tags the contents of vString to be displayed as a heading.
Syntax
RWS_HEADING(vString, Level, aClass)
Parameters
vString A string variable containing the text to be tagged as a heading. On return, contains the modified string.
Level The required heading level, in the range 1 to 6.
aClass A dynamic array that can contain the following elements:

| 1 | CLASS | The name of a tag class defined in a stylesheet. | 
| 2 | SIZE | Font size, in the range 1 (smallest) to 7 (largest). | 
| 3 | ALIGN | Alignment of the heading. Can be "LEFT", "CENTER", "RIGHT", or "JUSTIFY". | 
Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the H tag.
