Prints the current item.

Action

The Print Item command allows you to print all of an item or to specify printing from a beginning line number to an ending line number within the item.

The Print Item command prompts:

PRINT (A)All, Beg line# - End line#: N

The Print Item command allows you to print the current item on the printer defined by the current print queue assignment.

The version that is printed is the version of the item that you are currently editing, not the version on disk.  It will reflect all editing changes you have made to it up to the time it is printed.

The printed item has the following header on each page:

SCREEN EDITOR                  time      date          Page n file-name item-name
