Moves the buffer pointer in the active input buffer forward to the next parameter.

Operation

The input buffer pointer moves forward until it finds an attribute mark. The pointer remains on the attribute mark.

If the pointer reaches the end of the last parameter in the buffer without finding an attribute mark, it is positioned following the last parameter at the end of the buffer.
