Sets up a scrolling message to be displayed in the screen's status line.
RW_STATUS_SCROLL(String, WindowLength, Delay)
String Name of the string containing the message to be displayed.
WindowLength Width of the status line display, in characters. Default is 160.
Delay Time delay between display updates, in milliseconds. Default is 100.
