Networking Problems

If you experience networking problems it is worth checking each of the points in the following list:

If network problems persist, consult your local support representative.

Problems following Solaris Upgrade

On Solaris systems, upgrading to version 8 can change the location of the TCP device nodes and thus cause UNIX-Connect to stop working.

To resolve this problem, uninstall UNIX-Connect, answering Y  when asked if you want to remove the device nodes. Then reinstall UNIX-Connect.
