SET-DEC

Defines the ASCII character used as a decimal separator in numeric conversions by the requesting process until logoff (Denationalisation).

Command Class

TCL-I command.

Syntax

SET-DEC char

Syntax Elements

char is the literal character to be used as a decimal point.

Example

:SET-DEC ,

The comma is now the decimal point symbol for the port.

Comments

Denationalisation provides the option of specifying a language, other than English, to use to talk to Reality.
