Tags a string to be displayed as a data cell in a table.
RWS_TABLE_DATA(vString, aClass)
vString A variable containing the string to be tagged as a data cell. On return, the variable contains the modified string.
aClass A dynamic array that can contain the following elements:

| 1 | CLASS | The name of a tag class defined in a CSS stylesheet. |
| 2 | ALIGN | The data's horizontal alignment: "LEFT", "CENTER", "RIGHT" or "JUSTIFY". |
| 3 | VALIGN | The data's vertical alignment: "TOP", "BOTTOM", "MIDDLE" or "BASELINE". |
| 4 | COLSPAN | The number of columns to be spanned by the data. |
| 5 | ROWSPAN | The number of rows to be spanned by the data. |
Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the TD tag.
