AFS-SET

Selects automatically sized files (AFS mode) as the default for CREATE-FILE and the logical restore commands (ACCOUNT-RESTORE and M-A-R).

AFS-SET affects only the current Reality process and persists only until logoff or until explicitly cancelled with AFS-CLEAR.

You can select AFS mode as the default for a database by setting the AutoFileSize configuration parameter. This parameter is normally set in the master configuration file, so that automatic file sizing will be used on new databases.
