Defines the start of an item to be added to an ordered (numbered) or unordered (bulleted) list. Outputs directly to RealWeb's RWC.OUTBUF.

aClass A dynamic array that can contain the following elements:

Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the LI tag.
