Starts a definition list. A definition list can be used to present a glossary, list of terms or other name/value list. Each item in a definition list comprises a term and a definition. Items are added to a definition list using RW_DLIST_ITEM.

aClass A dynamic array that can contain the following elements:

Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the DL tag.
