Defines a frame within a frameset. Frames are placed in a frameset column by column, from left to right, then row by row, from top to bottom.
RW_FRAME(URL, Name, aClass)
URL The URL of the document to occupy this frame.
Name The name of the frame (optional).
aClass A dynamic array that can contain the following elements:

| 1 | CLASS | The name of a tag class defined in a CSS stylesheet. |
| 2 | FRAMEBORDER | Set to 1 if the frame is to have a border, otherwise set to 0. |
Attributes defined in the aClass parameter are applied to the FRAME tag.
