MAN {topic}

Syntax Elements

topic specifies a topic in the documentation that you wish to read about.

Topics you can specify include a TCL command name, DataBasic statement or function, English command, Proc command, or English conversion code.

You can also jump directly to the top level menu of a particular section of the documentation, missing out the overall top level menu for the on-line documentation, by entering the code name for the required section. These are as listed in the top level menu shown below.

Top Level Menu

When you enter MAN without specifying topic the following menu is displayed:
