RealLink Host Overlay

This version introduces a new option to significantly speed up the file
transfer utilities, HOST-WS, WS-HOST, PASS-DOS and SPASS-DOS. Once the
overlay has been installed the speed-up is automatically enabled, it may
be disabled by editing 'RL.BP RL.OPTIONS' in the REALLINK account and
changing attribute 52 from 'QUICK' to something else, such as 'SLOW'.

Any accounts needing access to the REALLINK overlay must be set up, even
if REALLINK had already been previously installed. This can be done as
part of the REALLINK install when prompted or subsequently using
SETUP-ACCOUNT.

When the archive file containing this Desc file is unpacked it will
restore the following files to the directory current at that time:

image_16.0/dbase/REALLINK/Desc    -- this file
image_16.0/dbase/REALLINK/Version
image_16.0/dbase/REALLINK/blkfile

This can then be installed on a database with a TCL command like:

:CDINSTALL /usr/realman/image_16.0 REALLINK

If the archive file had been unpacked into /usr/realman.
