Installation:

The file delivered is a self installing archive that should be downloaded and saved.
Then run a Windows Command Prompt, using right-click and select [Run as administrator] and enter "install_fix directory_path\file_name".

You can also run using Explorer, however, you need to run Explorer as administrator, using a right-click as above. Then run as normal by double-clicking the file_name.

The above use of [Run as administrator] is due to changes made to Windows for security reasons. This should be used even if you have logged in as an Administrator.
